WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES IF YOUR PACKAGE STATES IT WAS DELIVERED.

NOTE: All orders can only be shipped to the confirmed address in PayPal. We are not responsible to change the address or name under any orders. We do this to protect our customers & our company. At this point (Le Beauty) will only ship to address that matches the credit card or PayPal account.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, you will need to mail it back to us and once we receive it, we will be happy to send a new item. This is very imperative and mandatory!
